New Online Payment Options!!!
We are so excited to announce that we are now able to offer multiple payment options for our residents! Residents will now have the option to make monthly payments by credit/debit cards or checking/savings accounts either online through Tenant Web Access (TWA) or on their phone through an app called rmResident. Once your account is created you will be able to log-in to your account to see your open charges and make payments. To setup your online account or access TWA, click the Make a Payment button at the top of our website.
GVH will continue to allow checks and money orders to be submitted throughout the remainder of 2021. October-December will be transition months where residents can pay rent the old way (i.e. check or money order) or the new way (i.e. Tenant Web Access portal, rmResident, or PayLease Cash Pay). We highly recommend that residents start paying rent the new way throughout the transitional months so that there are no unexpected issues when the new online payment process takes effect.
Please note that beginning January 1, 2022, all payments will be required to be submitted electronically with one of the methods described below. We will not accept any checks or money orders in 2022.
We strongly feel that once this change is implemented, our residents will be happy with the new payment options and the convenience they provide. We plan to make this transition as seamless as possible.
